Overview
I am an attorney in private practice in Rochester, Minnesota. I received
my law degree in 1981 from the University of Minnesota Law School. I also
hold a bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University
of Minnesota College of Business Administration (now known as the Carlson
School of Management). I initially practiced law in Red Wing, Minnesota and
returned to Rochester in 1985. In 1990, I established my own law office. I
am in a general law practice emphasizing:
- Estate Planning (including wills and trusts)
- Probate (and its avoidance)
- Real Estate (residential and commercial sales, purchases and leasing)
- Corporations and Business Law
- Nonprofit and Tax Exempt Organizations (including incorporating, obtaining recognition of tax exempt status and merging and liquidating nonprofit corporations)
- Conservatorships and Guardianships
- General Practice Matters
